Venues that host Games that have an active Club or Community

If your Venue plays home to any clubs or communities, that play regularly at your venue, then we highly recommend asking them to get registered to THE HUB as well.

​

Improving THE HUB

As THE HUB is still a work in progress, we are open to any ideas and suggestions the public may have to improve THE HUB, you can submit them to us via the additional notes field in Part 3 or by using the CONTACT page.

 

With the current tools and knowledge we have access too at the moment being fairly limited, we need applicants to complete the fields from Part 1 labelled "Country Applicant Based In," and "Select Province/Region/State."  This will help with the search filters on the Search THE HUB tool until a better work around can be made.

To Improve the searchability of THE HUB Search tool, we will require you to add the Province/Region/State of your venue/club via the below drop down. Please note you can still include these in your full address as well.

PART 2: APPLICANT CONTACT DETAILS

For the following contact fields, if these are not applicable to you, you can just leave a n/a in the field, the only field we do require is a valid email address.

Emails will not be shared and are saved for website admin usage.

​

If you wish to add contact information after submitting your registration, please send us a request via the contact page and we can add it on for you.

  • GW: = Games Workshop

  • AMG: = Atomic Mass Games

  • SFG: = Steamforged Games

  • TT: = The Troll Trader

  • CB: = Corvus Belli

  • WG: = Wyrd-Games

  • WotC: = Wizards of the Coast

  • K: = Konami

  • TPC: = The Pokemon company

  • Other: = Other board/table top games that can be played in venues, like Dark Souls the Board Game, Pandemic, Ticket to Ride and role playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, etc

For Games not listed here and are supported by your venue and have a big following, please add the games name to the additional notes field or get in touch via our contact form and we can see about having it added to the list.
